Mark Sarpa
Just a few years after earning a business degree and MBA, Mark teamed with Scott Feldman to form Progressive Solutions. As the company’s chief executive, Mark directs sales and system development. Away from work, Mark attends his children’s water polo and lacrosse games, captains the family ski boat, and generally attempts to keep up with his wife and three kids.
Scott Feldman
A few years after earning a degree in business finance, Scott’s entrepreneurial spirit summoned. Scott’s the chief strategist at Progressive and concentrates on plotting the company’s path. In his free time, Scott’s often at his kids’ swim meets or sliding uncontrollably down the slopes of Dodge Ridge with his wife and daughters. See Scott babble.
Jim Towle
Jim earned a BS and an MBA at San Jose State University, and then an immeasurably important post at Progressive. As the company’s general manager, Jim directs operations, manages our staff, vendor activities, and equipment. Jim’s a crafty tool man, an accomplished snowboarder, and a proud soccer dad and husband.
